Are you looking for a fine filter medium that resembles the FF-500 but can handle even more? The FF-560, filter class M5, is essentially identical to the 500 variant but can withstand higher temperatures. It can handle temperatures of up to 180 degrees Celsius at peak times, without loss of effectiveness! The FF-560 also has a higher dust collection capacity than the FF-500 G.
Fine air filtration media specially designed to be used
in downward paint spray booths as the final filtration barrier
on all paint-damaging particles from the charge air
flow. This ceiling filter or diffusion medium provides:
even air distribution and laminar flow throughout
the spray booth, if used in car assembly plants;
and auto repair facilities, as well as in the repair
aftermarket.
The filter medium is made of: selected high quality, unbreakable fibers in a multi-layering technique with progressive density high depth loading to guarantee a high dust holding capacity with optimum performance at the lowest pressure drop.
This medium is fully thermally bonded and impregnated
depth with a special tackifier coating to prevent any
release of fibers and migration of paint-damaging particles
greater than 10 microns due to vibrations in the system, even
under varying temperature conditions.
FF-560 GX is classified as R0 in accordance with the
Filter migration test (see back page).
This results in a high fractional efficiency combined with a
high dust load, long filter life and low
energy and maintenance costs
