The Airclean filter box HQ 607 is designed to be used as an addition to the existing balanced ventilation system and ensures a healthier living environment with less dust and fewer harmful particles. The filter box is mounted in the supply duct of the balanced ventilation system after the heat recovery unit in a new or existing heat recovery system.

The HQ 607 Airclean filter box can be equipped with the most efficient filters currently available for filter boxes.
During the heating season, an active carbon filter HQ 603 is installed. This activated carbon filter has been developed for deodorization and control of organic gases, dusts and the like arising from wood smoke, hydrocarbon solvents, VOC, chlorine and ozone.
Equipped with a pre-filter HQ 604, which captures the larger dust particles, resulting in a longer lifespan of the carbon filter. We recommend replacing the HQ 604 pre-filter every 3 months as activated carbon is very sensitive to dust. The effectiveness of the carbon filter will decrease more quickly due to dust.
The active carbon filter HQ 603 has an average lifespan of 1 year. In order to be able to reuse the filter for the next (heating) season, we recommend that you pack the carbon filter airtight so that it continues to function.
After the heating season, replace this activated carbon filter with our Bag filter 50601300, which has filter class F7 - ePM1 65% ISO 16890. This F7 filter is equipped with a NanoWave® filter medium with higher filter efficiency and lower energy consumption, thus reducing incoming particulate matter and pollen.
Both the Airclean filter box HQ 606 and the matching filters are produced in-house in the Netherlands by HQ-FILTERS.

Placement
The filter box is mounted in the supply duct of the balance ventilation system after the heat recovery unit. In the heat recovery unit, the air is filtered for coarse dust particles before the air passes through the filter box. The filter box can be placed in new construction situations, but is also easy to install in existing situations. The filter box can be placed both horizontally and vertically. Please note that you must be able to access the filters to replace them. The lid is easy to open and close for filter replacement.
